Public BBQ Rules & Facilities
City of Charles Sturt has BBQs at many reserves including Albert Greenshields Reserve, Woodville West Reserve, Carnarvon Reserve, Midcourse Reserve, Ross Reserve, John Keeley Reserve, Butler Reserve, Beachway Reserve, and Clarice Sutherland Reserve.
Portable BBQs are generally permitted. During Total Fire Ban days, only gas/electric BBQs are allowed.

Public spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis. BBQs and shelters cannot be reserved, even with a booking.
You can book reserves through SpacetoCo for events requiring additional infrastructure.
Marquees up to 3m x 3m (weighted, not pegged) don't require approval.
